The RSS System is truly a self-contained free-standing box in a box building that utilizes IMP's to provide the thermal, air, water and vapor barrier protection.

Today's tilt-up warehouse buildings present a challenge, they were not designed to support the added weight of suspended insulated metal panels ceiling systems typically required for building "box-in-a-box" controlled environment rooms. Recognizing the need for a solution to this challenge, the team at Xō Structure began working on developing a system that would address this specific challenge.
After years of design and engineering, Xō Structure now offers two system solutions to support insulated metal panels for controlled environment ceiling requirements. We offer our EXO Design for clear-span open-space requirement, or our RSS Design for integrated product storage-racking structural applications.
Both systems are structurally engineered to support the weight of insulated metal panel ceilings and are robust enough to be designed to support the added weight of mechanical systems often required for controlled environment spaces.
