Xō Flōr | THERMALLY ISOLATED FLOORING SYSTEM

The Xō Flōr System being developed to eliminate the need for costly excavated insulated sub-slabs in cold storage and temperature-controlled facilities. The system utilizes a multi-layer assembly of non-thermally conductive materials to create an effective thermal break between the conditioned interior environment and the existing concrete slab.
Early testing demonstrated a temperature differential of more than 155°F, highlighting the system's potential to significantly reduce thermal transfer and improve facility efficiency. The floor system is being engineered as an integrated assembly of durable, moisture-resistant layers that work together to enhance thermal performance and long-term durability.
