The XōT Ceiling-T System is designed as a thermally superior alternative to traditional suspended insulated metal panel ceilings used in cold storage applications. The structural XōT components are manufactured from a non-thermally conductive, fire resistive, reinforced composite material, helping to reduce thermal transfer while maintaining strength and durability.
At the core of the system is the proprietary T-Rail, which serves as the backbone of the innovative preload clip design. This streamlined approach requires fewer components and significantly reduces the labor needed for assembly, splicing, and installation, resulting in a faster and more efficient construction process.
